1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2015 Sample Tasting
It is a small winery owned by Domaine Pujol Izard in Minervois, Languedoc.
I met the winery when I traveled there in last year June.
I have kept the contact with them for a year and finally I decided to start importing their wine.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in north Carcassonne by some unique natural method.
It is a really clean style of white wine.
I love this crystal fruits, fine citrus and nice minerals.
It is a just my favorite taste.

2nd Pujol Izard Cuvee Mosaique Minervois 2014 Sample Tasting.
It is an upper class of red wine made from 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Carignan made by the natural method.
My image of Languedoc red wine in this class is very dark and tannic.
However, it is a really delicate and elegant Languedoc rouge.
It is very bold and round.
I felt a lot of charming raspberries and blackberries flavor.
It is a just my favorite taste, too.
We will receive the wines in early autumn.
