I try to taste Burgundy wine!
1st Domaine de Villaine Bourgogne Cote Chalonnaise Les Clous 2013
What a beautiful white Burgundy is this!
I love this fine minerals and clean acidity.
I felt a lot of delicious essences of fine grapes.
Great! Great!
2nd Domaine Rene Bouvier Bourgogne Montre-Cul 2012
“Montre-Cul” means “Hip is in full view”.
Because the vineyard is located at steep slope, farmer’s hips are in full view.
The labels shows a hip style of young lady, too.
The name is fanny but the wine quality is very serious.
It is made by an organic method, very low yield and wild yeasts.
I love this concentrated-charming red berries.
So delicious!
