I participated in the 30th Anniversary of Fermier, a very popular cheese marchant in Japan.
Mrs. Rumiko Honma, who is the owner of Fermier, started importing cheese her alone 30years ago.
Finally, Fermier has become the best specialty cheese shop in Japan.
Cave de Relax has been dealing Fermier cheese for long time, too.
About 200 guests gathered at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel to celebrate the anniversary.
There are a lot of wine professional.
My table had many famous wine ladies, too.
We enjoyed gorgeous dishes and very fine wines.
Of course, every chees today were so fine.
They were really delicious!
