We received Mr. Hirakawa, who is the owner & winemaker of Hirakawa Farm & Winery in Yoichi Hokkaido.
I saw him at the second time since we had met last September.
I tried to taste his top cuvee white wine.
That’s an outstanding Hokkaido wine.
Hirakawa-san built a wine cellar last year.
I am looking forward to tasting his wines in the near future.
