I was given the potato from Riko, who is my client lives in Iwaki Fukushima.
She grew the red potato.
That’s so delicious.
It was the best potato gratin I had ever cooked.

It is a brand-new white wine from Chateau de Monfaucon in South Cotes du Rhone, made from 100% Viognier grown in the estate vineyards.
It is fermented and matured in oak casks.
I love the touch of an excellent hand craft nuance of Rudi, who is the owner & winemaker.
It has an outstandingly elegant fruits and minerals.
I was move a lot.

2nd Chateau de Monfaucon Lirac Rouge 2013 2000 yen New arrivals
It is an also brand-new wine of the chateau.
Actually, all of the vineyards of the winery is located in AOC Lirac.
However, the all of the wine named only Cotes du Rhone ever.
It is the first “Lirac” wine.
It is made from old vines of Syrah, Grenache,Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedle.
The grape variety is very traditional of Cotes du Rhone.
I felt a very craft man touch, too.
It is a really, really delicate and elegant Rhone wine.
