This Saturday, the first day of the three-day holiday, was sunny and sunny.

It’s a perfect holiday day.

I prepared Oden-hot-pot at home while taking care of my wife.

 

 

The Oden to be eaten tomorrow is always prepared the day before.

It was my first Oden this season, and I couldn’t remember what to put in it, so I forgot to buy the ingredients and ended up going to the supermarket twice.

Well, it was a good exercise.

Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2023 1,080 yen

I opened the rose of the Languedoc to match the color of the Taracco spaghetti.

It is made from Grenache and Syrah with a small amount of Merlot.

I felt charming fruits flavor, red fruits acidity reminiscent of strawberries, and just the right amount of minerality.

I think this rose best shows the pure taste of Marquis de Beau Rond, which does not contain any unnecessary additives other than a small antioxidants.

It was perfect for Taracco spaghetti.
