When I woke up in the morning, I saw in a pure white silver world.
The view from the window of my work room is a snowy country.
Snow also accumulates on the plum blossoms in the garden that have just bloomed.
Well, today I cooked a curry.
The point is onions.
I slowly fried 4 onions over low heat for about an hour until they turn candy color.
I can eat half of the curry full of a large pot with my sister in about a week.
The other half will be frozen and eaten slowly at a later date.
Today’s dish
Eel rice (frozen), raw oysters, cold tofu, bitter melon and tuna salad, crab miso, yesterday’s salad
I didn’t go outside at all today, so I mainly focus on leftovers from the refrigerator.
But they were delicious.

1st bottle Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2024 1,080 yen
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2023 1,080 yen
Tonight’s wine is Marquis de Beau Rond.
It goes well with oysters, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot to match eel.
Is crab miso with sake? I thought, but I was surprised that Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Sauvignon Blanc matched quite well.
Eel and Merlot are my classics. The image of the eel is covered with the sound of Merlot.
Both were delicious.
