No Wine Day
Jan. 9
Today’s dinner is yakiniku.
Come to think of it, I haven’t had yakiniku for a while.

At the meat specialty store “Kakiyasu”, I was inspired to buy lean Japanese black beef and loin.

The appetizers were pear and prosciutto.

I also added a salad.

Good meat is delicious after all.

My sister and I finished eating 400g of meat.
Today’s Wine
La Croix Gratiot Pinot Noir 2019 2,500 yen

This is an otrgnic Pinot Noir from Languedoc.
I felt the concentrated fruits flavor unique to the south of France, the elegant acidity that you can’t think of the south of France, and the pure mouthfeel with a cool feel.
A complex taste that has been aged for 7 years and fresh fruits flavors that still linger.
This is a wonderful Pinot Noir.
This vintage was actually highly praised by wine critic Jancis Robinson.
The quality exceeded my expectations.
