A private wine party in Hiroo Ishizaka

Nov. 10

No Wine Day

Nov. 11

Today, I participated in a private wine party in Hiroo Ishizaka.

Ishizaka is a much-talked-about sushi restaurant that won one Michelin star in its first year of operation.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been at a high-end sushi restaurant, and I’m nervous.

Wonderful food and nigiri sushi that far exceeded expectations.

It is a number of polite plates that are worthy of impression.

We brought our own wine specially.

This is also the first time in a long time that I have had “punished”.

I will have it in Lobmeyr’s wine glasses lined up on the shelves of the store.

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2004

Michel Niellon Chassagne Montrachet Les Chaumées 1er Cru Clos de la Truffière 2018

Francois Lamarche La Grande Rue 2010

The wine is also impressive.

In particular, the 2010 of La Grande Rue has a perfect aging and a wonderful balance as if God had descended.

I wanted to drink this kind of Burgundy, and I remembered what I had lived so far.

Thank you for a wonderful time.

Today was an unforgettable day.
