Following yesterday, it was a cold and rainy day that I couldn’t believe it was the end of May.
Occasionally, thunder is also heard.
I hurt my throat from this cold.

Tarracos Spaghetti
There were plenty of vegetables today, and it was delicious.
Wine of the Day
La Croix Gratiot Rose 2023 2,250 yen
Always, as I always say, this rose is delicious.
I’m sure everyone will find it delicious no matter who drinks it.
It is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon organically grown in a seaside vineyard near the Mediterranean.
When we think of Syrah and Cabernet, we think of full-bodied, dark, and astringent wines, but it’s surprising that such a lovely and charming wine can be made.
It was also perfect for today’s generous veggies and Tarracos spaghetti.
