The cherry blossoms are still in full bloom around my house.
This year’s cherry blossoms seem to be lasting longer than usual.

Herb-grilled Chicken with Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Today’s chicken is from Niigata. I put a lot of rosemary on it and baked it in the oven.
It was delicious.
Wine of the Day
Montagne Noir 2020 1,500 yen
Following Sunday the 7th, I overtook the Languedoc Cabernet Sauvignon, which I was in charge of developing and importing.
I felt plenty of fruitiness, unobtrusive acidity and mellow astringency.
The elegant sense of aging adds depth to the taste of the wine.
It is a good wine.
It also went perfectly with the herb-grilled chicken and mashed potatoes.
