Cold and rainy days follow.
I finished work early and went to my usual day-trip hot spring in the evening.
The hot spring open-air bath on a cold day is like paradise.
Draft beer after the bath is also a paradise.
I drank two medium mugs, and when I looked at the menu while wondering how many more to drink, I found a bottle keep system of shochu.
It’s awkward to order a drink or a drink from a busy restaurant staff.
I like to put a bottle on the table and drink as much as I want when I drink it with my hands.
Unfortunately, there are no bottles of wine.
You can keep a bottle for 3 months at the restaurant.

Authentic barley shochu Osumi
Hey, this is a shochu maker in Kagoshima owned by Suntory.
Speaking of Kagoshima, potato shochu is famous, but this is barley shochu.
It’s easy and refreshing to drink.
Not bad. Well, if it’s shochu from Kagoshima, I prefer Tomino-Hozan.
