From yesterday’s high of 26 degrees Celsius, today’s daytime temperature was 5 degrees Celsius.
It is back from early summer to midwinter.
In just 12 hours, the temperature dropped by 21 degrees.
I don’t remember such a temperature difference.
It was just a cold, rainy day.

Hamburg Steak
The minced hamburger steak is prepared the day before and left in the refrigerator overnight.
This will reduce the amount of breadcrumbs and onions in the joints.
It’s delicious.

As same as the Chardonnay, I tasted the day before yesterday, it is a sustainable wine from Languedoc with HVE level-3 certification.
Minervois is one of the most prestigious AOCs in Languedoc.
I think the mouthfeel of the dense and fine-grained fruits is unique to Minervois.
It is soft, mellow, elegant.
Among the Languedoc wines with a rich and powerful image, this elegant taste is exceptional.
It is a blend of 35% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 15% Syrah.
