Chase the Grape Jin Orange Wine

Mar. 23

The temperature soared even more.

When I was in the sun, I was sweaty and cheerful.

When I went shopping, I saw people wearing short sleeves.

Today’s dish.

Salmon, Mozzarella, Egg, Strawberry, Pineapple and Broccoli Salad

Sea bass meuniere from Sagami Bay, sauteed shrimp and scallops, and mashed potatoes with gratin

There are only two dishes, but there are a lot of them. It turned out deliciously.

In fact, Chase the Grape, which is the sixth vintage, has an identity that I drank yesterday and another one.

There is a “Jin Orange Wine” made from mainly in Koshu.

Koshu grapes (78%) grown by Takashi Yano of SOL CARAVAN, a viticulturist in Yamanashi, are fermented and macerated for 27 days.

This Koshu is blended with Siegerrabe (9%), Chardonnay (9%), Aligote (3%) and Müller Tourgal (1%).

All of the grapes were fermented by wild yeast, there is no added sulfite during fermentation.

The gentle fruits flavor of Koshu and the pleasant astringency derived from the grape skin, the gorgeous aroma and firm body that come from the aromatic blend variety.

This is a modern style, isn’t it? I think it’s very tasty.

The name of the wine, Jin, is the same as my first grandchild, Jin, who was born last year.

It’s a mixed feeling, like being happy and embarrassing.
