According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, cherry blossoms in Tokyo are expected to bloom on March 22.
I wonder if it will really bloom when it snows?
Today’s dinner was Sukiyaki.
Every time I don’t have time to cook, Sukiyaki is convenient and helpful.
I also made it with Japanese black beef.
It was very delicious.

hirosaki craft wine primo passo Rosato 2023 3,200 yen
The other day, I bought it at the York Benimaru Nishinouchi store.
It is a rose wine made by my friend Mr. Osanai in Hirosaki, Aomori.
It is made from 100% Steuben from Aomori Prefecture.
I felt rich fruits flavor, gentle acidity, and fluffy and elegant mouthfeel.
Steuben is a table grape that is a specialty of Aomori Prefecture, but it can also be made into wine.
The so-called Labrusca aroma is almost imperceptible, and the taste of fresh fruits spreads throughout the mouth.
Wine without sulfite-free acid and undergoing long-term low-temperature fermentation.
It is quite an unique wine.
