Hase-Temple for the first visit

Jan. 8

I went to Kamakura Hase-Temple for the first visit in New Year.

The sea of Shonan, which can be seen from the temple grounds, was high today.

At the temple restaurant, I had the famous curry udon.

This curry udon noodle has a gentle taste and is really delicious.

On the way to the house, I bought sashimi at Sagami Ohno.

After I got home, I had Temaki-sushi for dinner.

Bachi-Maguro, Mejina, HIrame, Shrimp, Mackerel, Sayori, Tuna mayo, Cucumber

All sashimi were wild ones. If you buy sashimi at a different fish shop than usual, it will be completely different.

It was delicious.

1st Kuramubon Wine Kura white 1,700 yen

It is a basic wine from the long-established winery “Kuramubon Wine” in Katsunuma, Yamanashi.

It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi.

I felt beautiful fruits flavor, mild acidity, and fluffy mouthfeel.

It is a Koshu with a gentle taste.

This white is very good. The value for money is also outstanding.

It went very well with the Temaki-sushi today.

2nd Kuramubon wine Kura red 1,700 yen

The red wine of the same “Kuramubon Wine” is made from Muscat Belly-A from Yamanashi.

This is also a wine with a gentle taste.

I felt fresh fruits, lively acidity and mellow astringency.

It has a pure mouthfeel with no disturbing taste.

This red is also delicious. It was perfect for Temaki-sushi.
