It was a sunny Sunday.

There is a cold wind blowing, but it is a perfect holiday day.

 

In the second half of the month, I had one-day business trips to Fukushima and Osaka, and before I knew it, I was busy with office work that had accumulated for a day.

 

I made Sukiyaki for dinner today.

 

 

Sukiyaki is helpful because it is easy to prepare.

And it’s delicious!

Frederic Magnien Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020

There was a 20% off price tag in the disposal section of a local supermarket, and I couldn’t help but reach out and buy it.

So, I drank it tonight.

I felt a transparent acid and clear fruits taste.

The taste is more delicate and cooler than I expected.

You can find a fluffy and gorgeous in the back.

As expected, Magnien. It is an elegant wine.

It went well with the beef with plenty of beaten eggs.

After all, good burgundy is delicious.
