I tried Roppo Koshu Wine Tumbler at the first time.
1st Soleil Classic Koshu 2015 1800ml
You can buy this 1800ml bottle at the winery only.
It is sold for old local people but I bought this the day before yesterday.
It is a really classical style of Koshu, which has simple fruits, sight sweet and tannin.
When I tasted it by a wine glass, I felt a bit of wildness and bitter.
Surprise!
When I tasted it by the tumbler, I didn’t feel such wild tastes.
I felt softer and milder tastes by the tumbler.
I was sure that the tumbler was very good for Koshu wine.
Very interesting!
2nd Soleil Classic Rouge 2015 1800ml
I bought it at the winery, too.
The red is made from mainly Muscat Bailey-A and blended Merlot and Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyard.
I felt light tannins and ripe strawberry fruits.
I felt rich nuance of Merlot and Pinot Noir, too.
It’s very tasty and easy to drink.
However, I could not drank up the whole bottle.
