I got a natural red snapper from Aomori Prefecture.

 

 

I rolled it well and made it into Carpaccio.

 

 

 

Kashira, Ara and middle bones were grilled with salt.

 

 

The salad is topped with plenty of Jambon Sec.

 

 

The main dish is a steak of Hokkaido domestic beef ichibo.

 

 

It’s a rare part.

 

 

It was delicious.

 

 

 

1st Baron de Beau Rond Blanc 2020 950 yen

It is a white wine from Languedoc.

It is a blend of Granache Blanc and Marsanne.

As the ripening progressed, the thickness of the pulp and the rich flavor reminiscent of Darjeeling tea, which are characteristic of Marsanne, became clearly visible.

This is delicious. I think it’s an outstanding cost performance.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Syrah 2023 1,050 yen

The red is the Syrah of the Marquis de Beau Rond.

It is the least conspicuous of the red wines of the Marquis de Beau Rond, but it is also excellent.

I felt a concentrated fruits flavor with a sweetness and firm tannins.

I think the characteristics of the variety are well shown.

It was also perfect for today’s steak.
