It is a red wine made from Muscat Bailey-A and Merlot from Yamanashi Prefecture.
I felt supple, pleasant fruits taste and smooth tannins.
But there is a slightly reduced nuance.
This is probably due to the fact that the antioxidant sulfurous acid is suppressed as much as possible.
I think it’s delicious to drink now because it feels natural, but the real time to drink it may be a little later.
