Today, when I want to drink a little better white wine, I often choose this wine.
I felt transparent fruits and pleasant minerality.
The rich body is also nice.
It went very well with today’s sushi.

It is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grown in Veneto, Italy.
Today, when I want to drink a little better red wine, I often choose this wine.
I felt charming red fruits, well-stretched acidity, and pleasant smooth mouthfeel.
It’s a good Pinot Noir that’s well made.
I drank it with very cold temperature.
It was perfect for Temaki-Sushi.
