Today’s dinner is “Sushi Sato” at Shin-Yurigaoka.
I was with my colleague “Funapyon” from my Mercian days.
It’s been a really long time since I’ve come to Sato and met Funapyon.
We enjoyed exceptionally delicious sashimi and fish.
The pile of stories was also lively.
The wines are Hamada Vineyard’s Chardonnay 2020 and Kamakura Winery Merlot 2022.
The combination of exceptionally delicious sushi and fine Japan wine.
It’s awesome. It’s really awesome.
