Oh! It’s already March!

 

1st Chardonnay de Pesquie 2014 1320 yen  New arrivals

Finally, we received this fine Chardonnay, which was out of stock for a while, with the new vintage.

As well as, it is a very fine Chardonnay.

I felt rich fruits, clean citrus, good minerals and comfortable after taste.

I have been trusting the winery for a long time.

 

 

2nd Pesquie Edition 1912m 1380 yen  New arrivals

It is the first time we have received a brand –new wine from Chateau Pesquie in these years.

It is made from Grenache and Syrah grown in the vineyards at elevation 300m on Mt. Ventoux that has an altitude of 1912 meters.

 

 

Because of the cool climate, the style of wine is very delicate and elegant.

The style is quite different from the original ones of the winery.

I felt very nice black berries, fine acidity, elegant tannin and clean after taste.

Alcohol degree is 13℃, which is lower than usual.

I felt something similar to nuance of very fine Japanese red.

It is just my favorite style.

I want to recommend this for all my clients strongly.
