It was so hot and humid.
I made sukiyaki today.
There are two types of beef.
Domestic beef thighs and red Japanese black beef.
Both are delicious.
Sukiyaki is delicious.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen
Today’s Marquis de Beau Rond is a rose.
It is a blend of Grenache and Syrah with a small amount of Merlot from Languedoc.
Again, I love this rose.
I felt charming fruitiness and authentic wine feel coexist.
It was also perfect for sukiyaki.
2nd Tortues en Crique Merlot Cabernet 2022 1,180 yen
It is a red wine from Languedoc.
It is one of the longest-selling long-selling Relax Wine.
It is very well balanced, has a good mouthfeel, and can be drunk smoothly.
I think it’s a mellowed version of a good quality Bordeaux.
This also went well with sukiyaki.
