I felt crystal clear fruits flavor, refreshing acidity and outstanding minerality.
It has a low alcohol content of 12%, but it also has a solid body.
No matter when you drink it, it is a good wine that impresses you with its high quality.
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhône 2022 1,580 yen
It is a red is an organic wine from the Cotes du Rhone in France.
I felt concentrated red fruits flavor with a sweet taste, soft astringency and smooth mouthfeel.
It has a high alcohol content of 14%, but it has an elegance that you don’t feel it at all.
This is also a really good wine.
This wine is also used for the water to cook rice and the sauce for eel.
It was perfect for the steamed eel rice today.
