The tree peony flower in my garden bloomed large-flowered.

It is a new arrival from Misono Vineyard in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
It is a rare Niagara orange wine. It’s not a sparkling wine, it’s a still wine.
50-year-old Niagara grapes grown organically at the estate vineyard are fermented by wild yeast and macerated for19 days without sulfite additives.
I felt a slight astringency and complex flavor derived from the grape peel.
I also felt the sharp acidity unique to Niagara in Hokkaido.
It is a unique natural wine that has both volume and freshness.

It’s Yakiniku barbecue, so is it full-bodied red wine after all?
However, I don’t like wines that are too strong.
This Rhone bio wine took my feelings firmly.
I felt the large body unique to the southern Rhone.
I also felt natural and mild taste derived from the wild yeast fermentation without sulfur.
This is a really good wine.
