We held a private wine party at Portus, my favorite wine bar in Aoyama.
We had very fine wines included leaked old vintage of two great wines.
Unfortunately, leaked Ch. Latour 1975 was dead.
I felt strong irritating smell.
However, a low shoulder and cork dropped Ch. Lafite-Rothschild 1961 was still alive.
I injected nitrogen gas into the bottle as soon as the cork dropped.
I felt fine fruits and very complex flavor even though it had damage.
That’s great!
I think we never feel such a miracle taste except such great opportunity.
We also surprised at the great mature of Kizan Red 2005.
I was sure again a big mature potential of Japan fine wine.
All of cuisines today were great, too.
Every dished were so unique and delicious.
It was a fabulous wine party today.
