Sangiovese is grown all over Italy and makes various styles of wine.
This one is a fresh and smooth red wine.
It is a southern wine, but it has a cool taste with a cool feeling.
The balance of fruit, acidity and astringency is exquisite.
I think this is also an outstanding cost performance.
