I tried to taste the new vintage sample of Marquis de Beau Rond, which is the best seller our original wine in Cave de Relax.
Our team always tasted a lot of samples in Foncalieu Winery, which produces MBR, and selected the best cuvee for Japanese market.
It was the final stage to decide the blend of the new vintage.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Sample Tasting
Oh! It’s nice! It’s a so nice Sauvignon Blanc!
I felt rich fruits, fine citrus and fine minerals.
I was sure that 2015 was a great vintage.
I think it has the best quality in these years.
There are enough tastes I want to be in Sauvignon Blanc.
There was no taste to disturb my palate.
Very good!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Syrah 2015 Sample Tasting
This Syrah is also very good.
I felt big volume fruits, mild tannin and fine acidity.
I didn’t feel so much spicy tastes.
It is a very good balance of Syrah, I think
It has got a success of the final examination.
