This sparkling wine is made from 50% Pinot Blanc and 50% Pinot Auxerrois grown in Alsace.
I felt nice babbles, clean fruits, pure acidity and fine after taste.
The taste was very dry and natural.

2nd Turckheim Pinot Noir 2018 2050 yen
Alsace Pinot Noir is getting popular recently.
I felt charming red berries, pure acidity, elegant tannin and light mouthfeel.
This cool nuance is similar to Burgundy style.
The cool and dry climate in Alsace makes such elegant Pinot Noir.
The price is half of Burgundy, isn’t it?
