I cooked dinner, Sushi a la Mediterranean.

 

 

Nabe is my standard cook in the winter.

This sushi is my standard cook in the summer.

 

 

 

Also, I cooked Cobb Salad.

1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2021 1350 yen 

I chose this white wine made in Mediterranean area for Sushi a la Mediterranean.

It is an organic wine made in Penedes.

It is one of my most favorite white wine.

I like this clean fruits, nice citrus and minerals.

The taste and flavor were really pure and natural.

So tasty!

 

 

2nd Misono Vineyard Niagara 2022 2500 yen New Arrivals

This sparkling wine is made from 100% old vine Niagara grown in the estate vineyard in Yoichi Hokkaido by organic method.

It is fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.

It is the third vintage of the young winery.

 The previous two vintages were very popular.

Because the product is very small, they became  out of stock as soon after release.

I felt matured pear nuance, very impressed strong acidity, rich fruits and deep minerals.

It is tasty drinking now but I want to wait more maturing.

I am sure it is a very fine sparkling wine.
