I got a very fresh wild Madai with super reasonable price.

 

 

I cooked it very well.

 

 

Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

 

 

 

Outstanding!

 

 

1st Chase the Grape Field Blend 2021

It is made from 65% Koshu, 25% Muscat Bailey-A and 10% Chardonnay grown in Yamanashi.

The color has become darker than before.

Also, the taste and flavor has become dense.

I felt nice fruits, sharp acidity and light touch mouthfeel.

There were many sediments but they were tasty.

It was very good for Temaki-Sushi.

 

 

2nd La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019

I chose this white wine as the second bottle.

With my knowledge, this one is the best wine for sushi.

It is made from 100% Picpoul de Pinet grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by organic method.

I felt very pure & elegant fruits, very nice citrus and very fine minerals.

The style is truly pure and elegant.

Why is this such delicious?

It was very, very good for the Temaki-Sushi today.
