I cooked dinner, Mizutaki-Nabe.

 

 

I took a chicken soup boiled chicken bones for eight hours.

 

 

Very nice!

 

 

 

1st Marusan Wine Private Koshu

I bought this one at the winery the day before yesterday.

It is made for private use of the winery.

I got it in particular.

It is a classic style of Koshu.

The color was slightly dark.

At first, I felt simple mouthfeel and slight tannin.

Then charming fruits was coming up.

It was very good for Mizutaki-Nabe today.

 

 

2nd Marusan Wine Miwakubo Petit Verdot 2018 3040 yen

I bought this one at the winery, too.

It is the private reserve, only 300 bottles produced.

It is made from 100% Petit Verdot grown in the estate vineyard in Katsunuma.

At first, I felt dry tannins.

I reminded some fine Bordeaux rouge which I had tasted long time ago.

Then I felt quiet-elegant fruits and charming acidity.

I also felt very comfortable mouthfeel.

I was sure that it was a very unique and excellent red wine.

It was very good for Mizutaki-Nabe, too.
