It was a very cold day in Tokyo.
The temperature was as same as middle December.

1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Musucat 2020 1300 yen
It is made from 50% Xarel-lo and 50% Muscat grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt clean fruits, good citrus and fine minerals.
It is one of the most transparent white wines in Relax Wine, I think.
The taste and flavor are really pure and natural.
Very good!
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2019 1300 yen
The red is made from 70% Merlot and 30% Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
The proportion of Syrah was higher than Merlot before but the blend has changed recently.
The style of this one was heavy before but it has changed to elegant.
I felt nice black berries, charming acidity and silky tannin.
The mouthfeel was very comfortable.
I am sure again it is a really good wine.
