I got a very fresh Kampachi caught by the local sea.
I also got a big squid.
Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi.

1st Domaine Hase Fukuihara Blanc Reserve NV 3190 yen
It is made from the reserve wine of 2019, 2020 vintage and the fresh cuvee of 2021 vintage.
The grape variety is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Kerner, Syrah, etc. grown in the estate vineyard in Takayama Nagano.
I felt the taste of Japanese citrus and tropical fruits.
The mouthfeel was delicate and elegant.
This one has both the freshness and good mature touch.

2nd Obuse Winery Sogga pere et fils Merlot Ordinaire 2020
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Kakuto Vineyard and Akio Vineyard in Takayama Nagano.
What a rich and elegant red wine is this!
I felt gorgeous fruits, amazingly elegant acidity and super comfortable tannin.
I was sure again that Obuse Winery was an extraordinary wine producer.
Because of the policy of the winery, I can’t tell you the price of this one.
But the price and quality is very imbalanced.
I think the winery can price this one three times.
