I got a very fresh Madai caught by the local sea.
I cooked it sashimi.
Delicious!
1st Palazzi Durello Spumante NV 1170 yen
It is made from 100% Durello grown in Veneto.
I felt charming fruits, soft babbles and mild acidity.
It is really easy to drink.
There was nothing to disturb my palate.
I like this sparkling wine very much.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2020 930 yen
The second wine today was a white wine.
The first sparkling wine was a soft and mild style.
The second this one was a sharp and cool style.
I felt clean fruits, fresh citrus and fine minerals.
The pure taste and flavor is as same as the first one.
I like Marquis de Beau Rond very much!
