Dinner at La Maree

I went to Hayama and had an early evening dinner at La Maree, my favorite restaurant.

 

 

I often came here since my college student days.

However, it was the first time I had come here in these over two years because of Covid-19.

 

 

I started dinner with the house Champagne.

 

 

Aji Carpaccio

 

 

Burrata, Jambon and Persimmon Salad

 

 

The main dish was Bouilabaisse, which is the specialite of the restaurant.

I chose a bottle of Provence Rose.

 

 

Everything was perfect!

It was a wonderful dinner.

 

The dinner made me very happy!!

 

 

After the dinner, I walked around Hayama Beach in sunset.

It was so beautiful.
