I caught a cold.

It is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc made in Loire by sustainable method.
I wanted to taste some refreshing wine good for my throat.
Then I chose this white wine.
I did a good choice.
I felt fresh fruits, nice citrus and good minerals.
The wine treated my throat a lot.
2nd Andre Rohrer Bulles de Vie 2021
It is made from 30% Auxerrois, 30% Muscat, 30% Silvaner and 10% Gewurztraminer grown in Alsace by biodynamic method.
The grapes are fermented by wild yeast without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.
Recently, you call this style of sparkling wine “PETNAT”, is short for “Petillant Natural”.
PETNAT is very popular for natural wine lovers in these days.
Even though the cloudy color, I felt very pure and natural fruits, very fine acidity and so comfortable minerals.
It was very delicious.
Finally, I saw a lot of sediments in the bottle.
I want tell wine professionals that many wine lovers accept such natural sediment.
