The new typhoon was born today and will be arriving at Tokyo tomorrow.
Before it took around 10days from typhoons birth on the South Pacific Ocean to arriving Japan.
Recently, typhoons are born on the sea around Japan.
It’s global warming.
I cooked casual dinner.

1st Joostenberg Chenin Blanc 2021 1450 yen
It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in Paarl South Africa by organic method.
The all grapes were picked up by hand and fermented by wild yeast.
I felt very rich fruits, beautiful acidity and comfortable minerals.
The style is truly pure and natural.
Amazingly delicious!
2nd Audacia Rooibos Wine Merlot 2020 4400 yen
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Stellenbosch South Africa.
The winery never use any sulfur to make wine.
The winery uses honeybush and rooibos instead of sulfur.
I felt very concentrated fruits, silky tannin and some good herb nuance.
It is a full-bodied wine but the mouthfeel is very elegant.
I tasted tis one with very cold temperature.
Very good!
