My old friends in university student days gathered at Yurakucho Wine Club again in order to taste Chateau Latour 1986 that I had blocked to open because of a lot of dregs on 7th November.
I have kept it at my cellar tenderly then stood it since 7 days ago.
I opened it in very careful.
Oh! That’s great! Wonderful! Fabulous! Marvelous!
It was one of the best old Grand Vins in my life.
I have tasted a lot of Chateau Latour.
I was sure it was the best one in my life.
It was very young. I couldn’t believe that it took 30 years mature.
I lovely felt tropical fruits at first and felt long-beautiful red berries, unbelievable elegant tannin, concentrated honey, dark blood, truffle, gibier, fruits comport and chocolate, etc.
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
It became one of unforgettable wines in my life.
Thank you very much for Mr. Saisho, who was the donator of the bottle.
What?
Are you bring an another bottle today?
Oh! My! Buddha!
Shall we open this next time?!
