I had a dinner at some Chinese restaurant near my home.
Fortunately, the restaurant allows me BYO wine.
Chinese chef cooks very fine dishes with very reasonable price.
Especially, Peking Duck was outstanding!
It was the best Peking Duck in my life.
1st Famille Lieubeau Methode Traditionnelle Brut NV 1950 yen New Arrivals
Recently, I tasted Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir from Famille Lieubeau.
Fainally, I tried to taste this very fine sparkling wine.
It is made from Chardonnay 70% and Folle Blanche 30% picked up from old vines.
I love this very elegant fruits, creamy-small babbles and far comfortable after taste.
I think it is an outstanding sparkling wine in this class.
I want to recommend this for all sparkling wine lovers.
2nd Chateau de la Martroye Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2013
I only know very fine Burgundy Pinot Noir made by Chateau de la Martroye.
It was truly tasty!
It showed me an outstanding marriage with Peking Duck today.
