1st Fujiclair Koshu Koshu Sur Lie Tokei 2019 1720 yen
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Tokei Yamanashi.
It is a very good model of Koshu wine, I think.
I felt nice fruits, acidity and minerals.
The taste is very clean and stylish.
It is a very well-balanced Koshu wine.
2nd Marusan Wine Bailey-A Hyaku 1400 yen
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
Almost all winemakers don’t want to take out the sweet aroma & flavor of the grape variety.
However, Mr. Wakao, who is the owner & winemaker of Marusan Wine, want to take out of the simple grape character.
Then I felt some sweet grape aroma but also big volume of fruits made wine be well-balanced.
I like this simple and natural grape flavor very much.
I am sure again it is a very good Japan red wine.
Also the price is super reasonable.
Is it too much cheap, isn’t it?
