1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2019 1150 yen
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable method.
I felt pure fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It is a very natural style wine.
I felt the nuance of “BIO” wine, too.
I think it has a very high cost-performance.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2018 1150 yen
The red is made from 60% Carignan, 15% Grenache, 15% Merlot and 10% Cinsault.
I felt mild tannin, decent acidity and a lot of black berries fruits flavor.
It has a typical of the character of Minervois elegance.
Almost all of the prices of Minervois red wines are more expensive than other Languedoc reds.
I think it has a very high cost-performance, too!
