I cooked dinner, Yakiniku B.B.Q.
We had the B.B.Q with my hand made sauce.
Very good!
1st Ancola Pinot Grigio Rose 2020 1050 yen
I say again, “Why is this rose such outstandingly tasty?”
It is made from 90% Pinot Grigio and 10% Pinot Noir grown in Lombardia Italy by sustainable method.
Rose wine is very good for Yakiniku B.B.Q.
I love the fine red berries, concentrated fruits and very good minerals.
10% Pinot Noir probably made this be elegant.
This rose is not only charming but also excellent.
It’s truly delicious!
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019 1300 yen
It is one of my most favorite red wines recently.
It is made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault picked up from very old vines.
The grapes were grown by organic method and fermented by wild yeasts without sulfur.
Then the wine was bottled by non-fining and non-filtered.
It is a dry red wine but I felt very sweet and concentrated red fruits a lot.
It was very good for Yakiniku B.B.Q., too
It is a really good red wine!
