I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I enjoyed the sushi dinner on Valentine’s Day.
1st Obuse Winery Sauvignon Blanc Ordinaire 2020
I wanted to taste some very fine wine。
Because Temaki-Sushi today was very nice.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Kakuto Vineyards in Takayama Nagano.
It is an amazingly tasty Sauvignon Blanc.
I love the crispy aroma, deep-elegant fruits, very fine citrus and impressive minerals.
The style is outstandingly pure and natural.
I think it is one of the best Japan Sauvignon Blanc.
It is the best Sauvignon Blanc in this price range in Japan, or in the world.
2nd Kizan Selection Merlot Petit Verdot 2019 2300 yen
It is made from 75% Merlot and 25% Petit Verdot grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
Well… This red was so delicious, too!
Before I tasted this one, I felt some reductive flavor at the first taste.
But I didn’t feel any such reductive nuance anymore.
It showed a very beautiful mature taste.
I felt very dense fruits, elegant acidity, silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
It has a good structure but has also very elegant face.
Delicious! Delicious!
