I cooked sashimi, as well.
I got a big squid today.
The sashimi was very nice.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2020 1250 yen
It is made from 50% Xarel-lo and 50% Muscat grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt outstandingly pure fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
The taste was really clean and natural.
I like this one very much.
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2019 1250 yen
It is made from 70% Merlot and 30% Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt charming red berries and rich black berries.
I also felt nice fruits acidity and mild tannins.
The mouthfeel was very soft, mild and seamless.
I think Xino-Xano is fabulously nice wine with very reasonable price.
