1st Kobe Wine Chardonnay Non-Filtered 2020 2000 yen
I bought this one at the winery last year.
It is a special wine sold at only the winery.
I is made from 100% Chardonnay in the estate vineyards in Kobe.
It was produced by no hand as possible and bottled by non-filtered.
I felt very clean fruits, pure citrus and fine minerals.
Tasty! Tasty!
There were o few tartars on the bottom.
The winery didn’t sell this one generally because of the tartars.
Is the tartar problem?
2nd Nostrada Gold Label Gran Reserva 2000 2,200 yen
It is Relax Wine original made by Bodegas Ruberte in Compo de Borja, Spain.
It is a very old wine made from 60 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Garnacha.
I felt fresh fruits and very comfortable maturing-complex flavors.
I supposed that an old wine was good for Kiritampo.
I was right, I did a very good job!!
