1st Foraci Sollatio Bianco 2013 1080 yen
It is an organic white wine made from 50% Catarratto and 50% Inzolia grown in Sicily.
I felt soft acidity and rich fruits.
It is a typical style of Sicily white wine, I think.
Very good!
2nd Foraci Sollatio Rosso 2013 1080 yen
It is also an organic red wine made from 100% Nero D’Avola grown in Sicily
I felt a lot of mild and dense black berries.
It has a very high cost-performance, I think.
