I received a bottle of sample wine from Kobe Wine.
It is a Clairet wine made from 100% Cabrnet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyards.
All of the vines were took care by the members of staff of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.
I was so happy to receive this sample wine.
I have been involved the grape growing and the wine making as the consultant.
I saw a brilliant red color.
The taste is very pure and natural.
I felt charming red berries, fine fruits acidity and elegant mouthfeel.
Very nice! Very nice!
It was really difficult vintage because of the long rain at the harvest term.
Even though such hard situation, we could produce such fine wine.
The wine name and the price has yet to be decided.
It will be released in next early spring.
Please expect it!
