Not So Bad

Dec. 12

I cooked dinner.

Sashimi

I cooked a big Maaji fished at local bay for sashimi.

Green Salad

Tasmanian Salmon, Scallop and Shrinp Sauté with Potato

I cooked very well.

1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2019  1300 yen

It is made from 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc and 10% Viognier grown in South Rhone.

It is fermented by wild yeasts without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.

Well, it is a BIO wine.

I felt very dense fruits, elegant acidity and minerals.

The style is full-bodied but also pure, clean and natural.

It is daimajo-sama’s favorite wine even though the alcohol degree is over 14%.

It was very good for both sashimi and salmon sauté.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2019  870 yen

I opened the second wine without hesitation, as well.

This Merlot is the most fruity style in Marquis de Beau Rond.

The taste is very pure, mild and easy to drink.

I was going to drink a whole bottle but daimajo-sama ordered to stop drinking.

I stopped drinking at 70%.

Then I drank a cup of coffee with milk.

Not so bad…
